Welcome to Kilo Bravo Fitness

Fitness training isn't just about building big muscles or losing a lot of weight, even though those can be viable goals. At Kilo Bravo Fitness, we also focus on functional fitness. The primary goal is longevity, good health, and safety, giving clients the ability to navigate life successfully, from a physical standpoint.

If your car broke down on the interstate, could you walk a mile to get gasoline? If you needed to run from a dangerous situation, could you? These types of scenarios are at the heart of functional fitness.

With Kilo Bravo Fitness, the goal is to prepare you functionally with personal training services. We also offer fitness consulting, similar to doctor's appointments where you check in and are "prescribed" instructions for how to respond to different fitness challenges, self-defense training sessions (group and individual), and keynote speaking for schools and businesses around fitness related topics.
